Making shortcut icons more attractive.

If you meticulously look at shortcut icons on the desktop, normally they have ‘arrow’ right at the bottom of them. You can get rid of the arrow to make icons more appealing. Here’s how: Open Registry Editor by typing ‘regedit’ in Run box. Under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, go to ‘lnkfile’ folder, delete ‘IsShortcut’ on the right pane and then also delete ‘IsShortcut’ from ‘piffile’ folder. Restart you PC and enjoy your new icons!
