OLED Display Screen.

Sony and Philips introduced new display technology known as OLED which is more advanced than LCD's technology. Displayed photo is Sony's OLED prototype which can be bent into a semi-cycle while playing video. The reason the screen of OLED is thinner than that of LCD is OLED pixels emits its own light. Even power consumption is less than that of LCD. This new technology is going to replaced LCD in the near future.
