How to open IE in full-size view.

When you want to open a link on a webpage, you press right-click and choose ‘Open in new window’ option. What you see normally is not full-size screen. Here’s a way to open new IE window in full-size screen: Open a particular link on a page with ‘Open in new window’ option then close the original page (not new one). Resize the new page window as you desire (full-size or whatever size you want) by using mouse. Don’t click ‘maximize’ button when resizing. Then close the IE window. Whenever you open IE from now on, it opens in full-size. See to it and enjoy!

Get rid of ‘All Programs’ from ‘start’ menu.

It’s useful and effective to avoid ‘All Programs’ from ‘start’ menu when your kid or novice is going to use your PC. Here’s how: Type in ‘regedit’ in Run box. Hit enter key. Registry Editor will appear. Go through using HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer. Place your pointer on Explorer, press right-click, from pop-up menu choose New>DWORD Value and then you’ll see New Value#1 in the right pane. Press right-click on it and choose Modify, change Value data to ‘1’, click OK, restart your PC and you’ll see no ‘All Programs’ in start menu. Change value to ‘0’ if you want ‘All Programs’ to appear again.
